ABOUT ME

Hi,i am XIAOMIN, a lecturer at Shenzhen Technology University.
My research focuses on the intersection of art and technology, particularly natural interaction, sensory experience, and digital media art. I have led several collaboration projects and artworks in the Netherlands, Singapore, and Shenzhen. I aim to further explore human-machine relations and future expressions of digital art.

3.Seed Vending  Machine

Collecting materials in the city is an exploration full of chance and uncertainty. This project begins with the percussionist Shi Yi’s sound, tracing its ephemeral path to reveal fleeting moments of coexistence between people and the city. Through the perception of “traces, collectives, and settlements,” sound and image resonate to form a symbiotic field across time and space.
